The NetAP Principles
All our activities are based on the following principles:
We do not restrict our respect for life solely to humans and we recognize animals as sentient beings.
We are convinced that animal protection also enhances the dignity of man.
We want to raise the status of the animals without lowering the one of humans.
The rights of animals are to be respected, their dignity is inviolable.
We do not differentiate between the individual species.
We respect the individuality and the specific need of each animal and adjust our actions accordingly.
We are present where the need is big and our help can sustainably improve the life quality of the affected animals.
We are strongly networked since we are convinced that together we can achieve more.
We involve local partners and authorities in the projects wherever possible.
We offer assistance in self-help to guarantee lasting success of the projects.
We are flexible and ensure quick decisions allowing us to proceed rapidly and unbureaucratically considering available resources.
Any donations received are used entirely for animal welfare.
This means:
Our board works on a voluntary basis
Our volunteers work on a voluntary basis
Office and warehouse space is provided and financed by the board
There are no expensive advertising campaigns
Expenses that do not directly benefit animal welfare are covered by the Board of Directors or patrons
Our actions are shaped by:
Sustainability and longevity
Transparency and fairness
Commitment and passion
Independence and partnership
