Spaying and Neutering Program Orțișoara

At the beginning of 2023, we launched another small neutering programme in the town of Orțișoara with Dr Dragoș-Adrian Băcilă, who is passionately committed to helping stray animals. As a dedicated animal welfare activist, he regularly catches dogs and cats from the streets to have them neutered and responds to reports of animals in distress. In his practice, he repeatedly nurses animals back to health that would have no chance without veterinary care. Thanks to his determination and educational work, he has already convinced many impoverished owners to have their animals neutered.
