Spaying and Neutering Program Suceava

At the end of 2021, we launched a small neutering programme after our vet Dr Susanna Käppeli carried out a brief on-site visit with a small team.

However, the programme subsequently stagnated due to the war in Ukraine. Vet Bogdan Dascalu, who runs the programme, often worked at the border in Siret to support the refugees and their pets. Refugee animals were also regular patients at his practice. The resulting costs were largely covered by NetAP.
