Spaying and Neutering Program Fivizzano

Since 2010, we have been supporting Angelika Lesche’s ‘Foundlings’ cat sanctuary, which looks after over 100 cats and a few chickens at various locations together with her husband. In the first few years, we organised on-site neutering missions to neuter Angelika’s cats and others in the surrounding area. For some years now, we have been arranging for the cats to be neutered by local vets. Angelika’s cats live freely, but have constant access to sheltered sleeping areas, water and food. Angelika has been trained by our vets so that she can provide the animals with the best possible care. In emergencies, she is in constant contact with our specialists, as veterinary care is not always available in her region.

NetAP has paid for all neutering and vaccinations since 2010 and regularly provided antiparasitics and food supplies. In addition, NetAP volunteers regularly help on site and take on work that Angelika cannot do alone.

Angelika also ensures that destitute residents of the region have their cats neutered with financial support from NetAP.
